Cement

Rotary kilns are systems where clinker formation occurs by completing the reactions of the raw material at a sintering temperature of 1,450 °C. The selection of refractories for different sections of the kiln can vary depending on temperature profiles, regional chemical attacks, kiln shell mechanics, thermal shock-load balances, and the types of clinker changed during the campaign period.

We continue to serve our customers with our KÜM SP-KÜM HSP series bricks, design works, post mortem analyses, engineering processes, technical training services, and the most suitable solution proposals.

Many of our new products, which provide the longest possible lifespan and economic/value-added solutions for waste fuel consumption (RDF), have completed their R&D activities and are available for our customers. Our efforts to provide different solution proposals with new products continue at all times.
