Energy Efficiency Series

This series of spinel bricks performs well in rotary kilns' upper transition and lower transition zones under low/high alkali process conditions. It contains high-purity DBM. Energy efficiency was considered during design, aiming to reduce the mantle temperatures of the rotary kiln. Controlled porosity in the refractory brick matrix reduces the thermal conductivity coefficient. It can be manufactured with both high and normal levels of flexibility. It exhibits high thermal shock resistance.
