Shaft kilns are parallel flow production processes developed for the production of highly reactive lime and calcined dolomite. The main refractory risks are abrasion, high thermal load, and chemical attacks. The modern vertical lime kiln has advantages in terms of environmental protection, energy savings, mechanization, and a high degree of automation.

Our services include refractory concepts adapted to the latest lime plant types such as Maerz, PFR, HPS, and Eberhard kilns. Our shaped and unshaped products significantly contribute to the long service life of the kiln lining, and thus to the operational safety and economic efficiency of the plant, with excellent stability under thermal mechanical stress and chemical attacks.
